简析动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁间骨折

〔摘要〕　目的　为临床提供一种治疗股骨髁间骨折的方法。方法　选择交通事故所致股骨髁间骨折患者14例，以动力髁螺钉(Dynamic Co ndylar Screw,DCS)固定。结果　经随访6～12月，优良率为85.71%。结论　动力髁螺钉适合于股骨髁间骨折的固定。

〔Abstract〕　Objective　To provide an internal fixatio n method of femur intercondylar fractures.Methods　14 Cases of femur intercondylar fractures were treated with dynamic condylar screw(DCS).Results　The good rate of DCS is 85.71%.Conclution　DCS is an effective internal fixation method for fem ur intercondylar fractures.

股骨髁部骨折较常见，但治疗较为困难，因该部位骨折通常呈粉碎型，这与该处骨皮质较薄 ，髓腔宽大，以松质骨为主，软组织附着少等有关。其次，股骨远端的骨折易于变形，由 于肌肉的牵拉造成骨折端的不稳定，因而愈来愈多的学者主张行开放复位内固定术。动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁间骨折。自1997 年以来我们采用动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁间骨折14例，效果较好，现报告如下。
